This was our first visit to Italy, and we are so pleased we chose the region of Apulia. The trullo is perfectly situated to visit many different t historic towns, and also just a short drive from the beautiful beaches., we stayed 7 nights at the trullo The communication between ourselves and Nicla has been perfect, making ti very easy to arrange oor stay. We met our host Vitp at the railway station in Locorotondo and he guided us to oit trullo, which made checking in very easy. We had swapped messaged before hand so he knew when we would be arriving, we were on time, and so was he! He gave us lots of information when we checked in, suggesting where to visit etc, and said if we needed anything else to message him, on the 2 occasions we did , he replied very quickly with the answers we required. Apart from that our privacy at the trullo was respected and it was very peaceful, although very warm! There is a lovley private pool here, perfect for cooling down and relaxing by. We had everting we needed at the trullo to make our stay comfortable and we made good use of the different shaded areas outside under the olive trees.. The only thing that could have made this stay even better would be having some Air Con in the trullo…..there may be a reason why it hasn’t got it, and although there are table top fans in the rooms it was still very warm inside, particularly at night.. Coming from the U.K. we aren’t used to to mid to high 30’s temperatures so maybe this is why we felt is as warm as we did during the nights. As I say it did not diminish our enjoyment and would be happy to recommend Trullo Giulivo to any couples looking for peace and tranquility, in a beautiful private setting. Thank you Nicla & Vito.
